Welcome to HireVA.org (“HireVA”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, virtual assistant services, and any associated offerings. By using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms in full.

1. Services Overview

HireVA connects business owners with pre-vetted virtual assistants to help with administrative, marketing, and operational support tasks.

We offer entry-level time blocks (e.g., “10 hours for $29”) and additional service packages.

2. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be 18 years or older
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Use our services for legal and ethical business purposes only

3. Payments & Billing

• All payments are required in advance and are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
• Pricing is listed in USD and subject to change at any time.
• By purchasing, you agree to be charged immediately and in full.

4. Return & Refund Policy

HireVA has a strict no-refund policy.
All sales are final. Once payment is completed and access to services is initiated, no returns or refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. VA Match Process

• We aim to match users with a trained virtual assistant within 24 business hours.
• Matches are based on task categories and availability.
• You may request a reassignment once per purchase if compatibility is an issue.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Clearly communicate your task requirements
• Provide access to tools, platforms, or systems needed to complete tasks
• Avoid submitting illegal, unethical, or personal errand requests

7. Confidentiality & Security

• All VAs are under confidentiality agreements.
• You are responsible for the secure sharing of sensitive credentials and platforms.
• We are not responsible for data loss, misuse, or unauthorized access due to third-party actions or miscommunication.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all materials and intellectual property shared with your VA.
HireVA retains ownership of its platform, processes, and proprietary content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• HireVA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages
• We do not guarantee business results or outcomes
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you in the previous 30 days

10. Termination

HireVA reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for:

• Abusive behavior toward staff or VAs
• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• You may stop using our services at any time, but no refunds will be given for unused time.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of those updates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Rajasthan, India. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
